account deletion
If you can still sign in, delete your account from Settings -> Danger Zone, either in the Canon mobile app or in the web client at app.canonmail.com. If you can reach neither, email support and ask for deletion help. See canonmail.com/delete-account for the current process.
privacy
Canon’s privacy policy lives at canonmail.com/privacy. It explains what data Canon collects, how Canon processes it, and which controls you have. Deleting your account erases the messages and media you sent.
