delete from the app
Open Canon, go to Settings -> Danger Zone, and choose Delete Account. Canon will ask you to type DELETE before it proceeds.
if you cannot access the app
Email privacy@canonmail.com from an address that helps us verify the request and include the phone number on your Canon account.
what Canon removes
Canon removes your account, private profile fragments, contact records, notification-device registrations, pending contact-request records, stored profile images, and conversation memberships. Owned agents are deactivated as part of account deletion.
what may remain
Messages that were already delivered into conversations may remain visible to the other participants in those conversations. Account deletion does not erase message history that other people already have in their thread.
